Yes, absolutely! We understand that timelines can shift, especially on special occasions. If you’d like to extend your session on the day of, just let Us know as early as possible, and We’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability. Additional time will be charged according to my hourly rate, and we’ll confirm everything on the spot to keep things smooth and stress-free.
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including bank transfers, QRIS (for local payments), and PayPal, Wise or Revolut for international clients. If you have a preferred method that’s not listed, feel free to let me know, We’ll do our best to accommodate!
Of course! To secure your date, We require a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit. Once that’s done, your booking is officially confirmed and your date is locked in. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends or popular dates, as Our calendar fills up quickly. Let Us know your preferred date and we can get the process started!
If you need to cancel for any reason, please let Us know as soon as possible. The booking deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your date and time in Our calendar. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the event, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the circumstances. We completely understand that unexpected things can happen, and We always happy to discuss options, including rescheduling if possible.
Yes, you can! We understand that plans can change, and We’re happy to accommodate a one-time reschedule based on my availability. Just let me know as early as possible so We can adjust our calendar. Please note that the original booking fee is non-refundable but will be applied to your new date. If the new date falls during a peak season or holiday, a rate adjustment may apply.
We don’t provide transportation services directly, but We’re happy to assist with recommendations for trusted local drivers or transportation providers if needed. For destination bookings. If you have any specific transportation needs, feel free to let me know, we’ll do our best to help!
